E2E/Pantographs: A single pattern is included in the cost of quilting, if pattern that is chosen is one I already have. If you want a pattern I don't have, I will split the cost of the pattern with you. The cost of patterns is usually $12 - $17.

Thread: Superior So Fine thread is included in the cost of quilting. I have a variety of thread colors, but if there is a specific color needed that I do not have, there will be a delay so I can order the thread.

Preparing Your Quilt Top & Backing

My goal is to provide excellent service with a quick turn-around time. In order to do that, you be need to ensure that your quilt top and backing is prepared properly.

Quilt Top: Trim loose threads from the front and the back. Press your quilt top. Make sure your top is squared up. Check that all seams are sewn and secure. Label the top of your quilt if it's directional.

Backing: Your backing fabric should be 8" larger, in length and width, than your quilt top. For example if your quilt top is 60" x 70" than your backing should be 68" x 78". If your backing is pieced, use 1/2" seam allowances and press open. Press your backing. Label the top if it's directional. Several 108" wideback fabrics are available at Redfield Quilt Shop.

When your quilt top is ready to be quilted, please email me at redfieldquiltshop@gmail.com
