Poppies have been a symbol of sacrifice since WWI, used to honor those who have served our country. They are a beautiful reminder that our freedoms don't come free! This quilt can be made in patriotic fabrics and is also beautiful as a garden floral quilt. The flowers can be constructed from layer cake squares making fabric selection easier.
